If any suspicious activity occurs on the player's account, the player's profile may be blocked.

If your profile is blocked, to clarify the situation for which you were blocked, write to us by email [email protected] the following information:

1. The name of the game (we receive a lot of requests from players from all our games by email);

2. Your ID (ID is the personal identification number of each player. It is specified in the settings);

3. Your nickname and level (If you do not remember your ID, then the search is performed using this information);

4. Next, describe the problem you are facing.

The player's profile may be blocked by the anti-cheat system, due to suspicious activity in the game or other situations specified in the Rules of the game.

We make a decision based on the information we have. In this case, we do not ban for nothing. Any blocking in the game / chat, happen according to the rules of the game.

If you see a cheater in battle, then be sure to report it to tech support. Your message should include:

1. The exact nickname of the player you suspect of violating;

2. The reason why you suspect him of violations;

3. Attach screenshots (if any);

4. Battle ID (indicated in the lower right corner during the battle or in the upper left after the battle).

Any information about this player and his violations will help us to deal with the situation as soon as possible.

Leaving battle for any reason is not forbidden by the game rules. 

If a player systematically quits the battle to disadvantage his team and has many complaints on such a player, measures may be taken against his profile.

Player nicknames and clan names that include: insults, veiled matting, insulting other players etc. are forbidden in the game.

If you encounter a player or clan with a banned nickname/title, please contact technical support using the feedback form or write to the administrator of the official game community in the social network Facebook/Facebook or Discord. Specify the nickname of the player and attach screenshots of the situation.

It is forbidden to give, sell or give away your account to other players in the game. It is also forbidden to log into another player's account on any pretext whatsoever. 

For violation of the game rules, action will be taken against player profiles.

8.2 Buying, selling, renting, or giving the account to someone else. 

There will be punishment for breaking the game rules and the player accounts will be dealt with.

According to the rules of chat, in-game chat is forbidden:

6. Obscene language in all its manifestations (veiled, censored symbols, including slang etc.)

7. Insults, mate, threats, slander and negative discussion about Players or Developers.

8. Placing any materials containing mate, swearing, insults or humiliation of human dignity.

For clarification of the circumstances of the block, you need to contact technical support through the feedback form. When contacting technical support please provide complete information on your blocked profile: server, ID, nickname, level.

VPN is used to bypass blockers and regional restrictions. In our game you can see the wrong region, country, connection quality and you can also get banned for using a VPN.

Contractual battles are forbidden in the game: 

9. battle rules

9.1 In case of receiving and confirming information that certain players take part in negotiated battles (by their own conspiracy predetermine the outcome of the battle, with the aim of achieving faster progression, obtaining rare awards, improving their statistics) or undermine the competitive basis of the game in other ways

If you notice players who do not persistently attack each other, please contact technical support and send a video of such battles. We will check the situation and in case of confirmation of contractual fights, we will take measures to the players.
