Troubles in the game

  • What should I do if the game crashes?

  • If you are thrown out of the fight, first of all check your Internet connection. You can also check ping to Amsterdam or Singapore depending on which server you are playing on. Remember that it should not exceed 300 ms. We strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the minimum system requirements of our game. If your device meets them, and your ping does not exceed the acceptable threshold, please contact technical support.

    Don't forget to also specify the ID of the battle in which the problem occurred.

  • The game is slowing down

  • If you have problems with the game, then you can take a number of measures to improve the quality of the game. First, change the graphics quality in the settings. The lower the graphics quality, the less RAM and graphics memory is required for its processing. Also close background applications that may load the system.

  • Internet connection error / Game lags

  • If you have a problem with your Internet connection, please check your ping to the game server. You can check your ping at various sites on the internet (for example: https://www.speedtest.net)

    When you check the pings, we advise you to use the server in or near Amsterdam (for the European server) or Singapore (for the Asian server). This way you will get more reliable information about your ping to the server.

    If your ping is higher than 300/350ms, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a stable connection to the game in this case. The ping threshold is 300/350 msec, which is the maximum possible.

    Together with your internet connection, also check whether your device meets the minimum system requirements.

    If you have problems with your internet connection, you can also follow the following recommendations to resolve the problem:

    For mobile phones/tablets:

    - Try, clean the RAM;

    - Get closer to the wireless connection distribution point (be as close to the router as possible)

    - Check your router setup, maybe malware could have affected your router setup;

    - Try a different type of connection: 1) Wi-Fi 2) mobile internet.

    For PC:

    1) Turn off background applications;

    2) check if the game conflicts with your antivirus;

    3) clean the RAM (you can check its load in the Task Manager);

    4) reduce the quality of graphics in the game settings;

    5) check if the latest Windows updates are loaded.

    If you have problems with the following points, you can ask questions to technical support.

  • Missing interface

  • Our team is investigating this problem. We need to gather as much information on the situation as possible in order to solve the problem as quickly as possible. If you encounter this problem, please contact Technical Support using the feedback form, providing the following information:

    1. What activities did you do before the problem appeared?

    2. How often does the problem occur?

    3. Have you noticed any pattern?

    Please send all of the above information, if possible. This will help us in solving the problem.

  • Shooting through Objects

  • Shooting through obstacles can sometimes occur due to a strong dyssynchrony between players.

    The dyssynchrony is due to problems with one side's Internet connection (not enough to completely disconnect from the game).

    Players on the battlefield are represented to each other as virtual entities that are synchronized (state, position) by the server.

    So, consider the situation: the enemy is near cover - you can see him, but you can see the virtual entity that is there according to the synchronized data.

    The enemy has a bad Internet connection and decides to suddenly hide behind cover, which he actually does (at his place).

    However, due to problems with the connection the information does not immediately reach the server (and he still needs to tell you about it, so that the enemy in your place also shifted).

    You, in your turn, make a direct fire and hit your opponent (who is already in cover). The server gets a message from you about a direct hit which it sends to your opponent when the connection is normalized, but for himself he receives this event already being behind an obstacle, which for him = he was hit through it, although for you he was in a direct hit and only then disappeared behind an obstacle.

    It works both ways.

    That's why we disable players with totally unstable connections, so as not to exacerbate the problem.

    With normal network communication all of these processes work perfectly.

    However, if you have a well-founded suspicion that the shooting happens for another reason - we are ready to listen to them on the feedback form.

  • Question marks in battle results

  • If you see a question mark on the final table, it means that the battle was not completed correctly. There is a functionality in the game that reanalyzes your battle logs and adds the unaccounted for incorrectly completed battles. It comes as a notification after restarting the game.
